We the people of this united Universe are created in absolute perfection.
There is no deviation from the absolute reality.
Now to answering the greater question of what is perfection. In our human physical world this hold many truths. You scored a 100 on a test. You were touched at your deepest level watching a performance. Yet these things can be quantified by most people as perfection. But what about a great painting? Monet’s painting of water lilies? Some people will look at this and wonder why anyone would see it as magnificent. Other’s see the genius of water lily’s captured in absolute perfection.
It is in this understanding, one will find the perfection that all of us are currently living. This reality shocked me when I first saw this. I believe I was born to rescue this imperfect world. Oh, how distressed I was in the moment, and years to fallow, to realize my task was not needed. This was a “WHAT THE FUCK!!!!” moment. The reason I believed I was here was to fix, it didn’t need fixing. As a matter of fact, everything was working perfectly.
NOW WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
Well after calming down, pieces began to flow into my consciousness. Slowly at a pace I could absorb, things began to become clearer.
Here is what I found on the other side of my dilemma.
Answer’s to Life, The Universe, and Everything
What I found was a world filled with every situational possibility. Populated with diversity of beings with need to be fulfilled for their personal progression towards Happiness.
So, let’s layout the map of this entire thing.
How the Rules of the Universe Work made easy
1. For all intents and purposes, this world is a giant, one room, school.
2. And within the giant one room school you find every grade of student.
3. Everything to learn is freely available to every grade in the same space. This mean the preschoolers are happily being their uninhibited selves caring not what anyone else thinks. The teenagers, who know everything, in their feeling of invincibility. Adults manifesting their dreams on their own terms. All are learning what they have chosen to learn. All of us, sitting in the same classroom of life within each other’s space.
4. We are traveling through all the different grades almost like we did in school, yet not in a linear fashion. This happens throughout our lifetimes by choosing to come here to experience the lesson we want to learn next. This learning through lifetimes sounds daunting. So, let’s consider switching learning to play. Play is random. In one moment, we may be playing “Our happy life flowing down stream,” and in the next, playing the mundane; “I am late for work and rushing out the door.” Play is a combination of happy desires, mixed emotions, contrasting moments, and tapestry of life’s’ experiences. This is much like playing a video game. You select a role of a character that looks interesting. Upon starting the game, you have chosen to forget that this is a game. When you are finished playing this round, you reemerge back where you started. You evaluate where you would like to play next. Which character? What situation? What place? Where do I want to enter the game? What will bring me fulfillment? Jump in and game on!
The part that seems to be a mistake, is number 4. Each of us is learning different lessons while playing in the same game of life. Everyone learning their own lessons, based on their perceptions and interactions. This had to be the mistake in the grand scheme of things. right?
No.
This was on purpose. And this entire thing would not work without everyone playing on the same board. We are all playing together, learning from each other. As we watch our fellow players, we see different perspective of how they are playing their game, we are able to find insight for playing our game.
Now what gets in our way of enjoying this magnificent game?
This may sound funny, but it is our ability to make judgements. Judgment and perception are how we navigate our game of life. When we make a negative judgment about how others are playing their game, we are making a judgment about ourselves first. For instance, if you believe most people to be honest, it is because you are judging the world from where you are standing. Likewise, when we find other people unworthy, you are most likely projecting a lack of unworthiness feeling about yourrself.
We tend to label experiences, good or bad. These labels or beliefs are based on what we have experienced and have made judgments about through our life.
Once we recognize the role of labeling and perception, we have the ability to shift. We can change our beliefs. And when we change, the whole world changes, along with our idea of reality. And if we can change everything simply from how we are perceiving the world, then we can remake our world in the form that we want. We have all the power. Nothing outside of ourselves can “make us”, feel anything. You may believe in this moment that this isn’t true. I didn’t believe it when I first heard this from my teacher. Here is an example. A friend tells you that they no longer want to be friends.
This makes you feel sad?
Yes, and No.
Yes, you feel sad, but no one can reach inside of you and take control of your feelings. You along with everyone must give this control over to the other person. By deciding consciously or unconsciously, if they decide we can’t be friends, then I will feel a certain way. In either scenario you are the gate keeper. You are making the choice who gets to push your button. It is our reaction to any given situation that we “react” to. There is nothing wrong with feeling sad. But you wouldn’t want to choose to feel sad forever. Tomorrow during your day, you will forget that moment of sadness. And in those moments of not thinking about yesterday, you choose other feelings. Happy, joyful, angry, or any other possible combination of feelings. So, if you can react to any situation, then the logical conclusion is that you can choose to “act”.
Right?
This is the real power. And all of this power is inside of each of us. This is the reality of how we move through our game of life every day. Here is an easy way to see this. My husband received a glowing work review and that he will be receiving a raze. A week later he is told that he is at the top of his pay, and is being laid off.
At the time of this, the reaction was, “WHAT THE F*#K?
Be once emotions combed down, he and I realized that this is an opportunity for him to fine a better, happier career to play in. And indeed, that is exactly what this was. He chose to see the situation exactly in this manner from the many other possibilities. And this choice landed him is the new, fulfilling, happy position he has stepped into.
We all made choices like this every moment of our day. Tiny choices to medium and so on. All of these “choices” create the bigger picture, of what our lives look like.
And what this means is…..
We get to choose!
So here are some questions to ask yourself.
· What would add happiness into my life today, this week, and beyond? Don’t make this hard. Make a simple choice.
Look at things that please you when you wake up. I will listen to something I find inspirational, or find something beautiful to look upon. In each case, I am making a conscious choice to focus my attention to something that pleases me. This in turn is me getting my momentum moving in a pleasing direction. This sets your tone for the day to come. I find the rest of the day will mostly follow the momentum I started this morning. If something feels “Icky” then reach for another feeling you like better.
Yes. The whole thing is this fracking easy.
So, what’s on your agenda for this day? Not the actual physical
moment by moment blows.
It is the how do I want to feel today?
How fun it would be to be surprised by an unexpected situation that delights me.
How amazing life is right now knowing I’m in my driver seat going where I’ve dreamed of going my whole life? This is how you start this journey.
You have the keys to your vehicle. It is fully capable if taking you anywhere your heart desires. You can drive, fly, go anywhere you can dream happily.
And you get to choose.
Where are you going to go play now?
Now have fun living your Happuccino Life.
